There isn't an easy answer here. But please remember that your quarantine is for the benefit of you and your family - and therefore a rule that must not be broken.
Stay positive and keep yourself mentally occupied as much as possible. Some people find meditation to be quite useful. Others use books as a friend they can lean on. I would also suggest that you do not add to your stress by reading up half-baked information on the COVID virus and what all harm it could potentially do to your system.
Eat well and keep yourself well hydrated as well.
